South Boulder Mines Ltd was incorporated in Western Australia on 21 August 2001 for the purpose of acquiring, exploring and developing quality resource projects.

At the time our focus was Western Australia, but our portfolio has since expanded to include overseas opportunities.

We remain committed to the appraisal, acquisition, exploration and development of opportune mineral resource projects both locally and overseas.
