Diversified explorer Goldstream Mining says it has acquired the Thatcher Soak uranium deposit near Laverton in Western Australia, from South Boulder Mines.
Goldstream will issue 1.5 million shares to South Boulder Mines at 40c, worth $600,000, to acquire the project. Historical drilling of the deposit between 1971 and 1977 was said to have identified a shallow sheet of calcrete hosted uranium mineralisation extending over 7.5km of strike.
