This is the second report on the Company and its activities since listing in 2004. Last year we had hoped to resolve the exemption to expenditure issues relating to tenement M38/331 and the subsequent plaint activity. Frustratingly this has not been possible and at the date of this report the process is still ongoing. I will summarise the position further in my address.
